SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping?
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING for any order of $50 or more. Please subscribe to our email newsletter to get periodically updates on free shipping deals!
    • Some selected products are eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Otherwise, shipping rates are based on the following conditions:
      • Under $50.00: $3.99
      • $50 or above: FREE!
  • How can I track my order?
    • Please use the link Track Order to check on the status of your package. If you have any question, please contact us at support@passionwearco.com
  • How long will I receive my order?
    • If your ordered item is in our U.S. facility, you should expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. Most of our products are made on demand. Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order and another 5-7 business days for shipping process. You can always use the link Track Order to check the status of your order.
    • If your ordered item is in our oversea facility, you should expect to receive your order within 10 to 20 business days.
  • I ordered several items in a purchase but only receive one.
    • Since our products are located in different facilities, they might be shipped separately. 

**Please Note** For customers who order internationally, you may be required to pay fees for delivery, such as Custom charges, Duties, VAT's or other fees. If customers refuse to pay custom duties in their countries and the items are sent back to us, no refund will be granted.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • Exchange
    • Since all of our items are custom and made after you order, we do NOT allow exchanges due to sizing errors. Please contact our support team at support@passionwearco.com for sizing details BEFORE placing any order!
    • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Returns
    • Since all of our items are custom and made after you order, we do NOT allow returns unless the item is in defective condition upon delivery. We do NOT accept returns due to sizing issues.
    • Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you receive a defective item, please take photos of the item and email us FIRST at support@passionwearco.com. Please do not send it back to the address on the shipping label. You will be refunded the amount of you purchased item(s) as soon as we receive and inspect your returned package.
    • All orders of sale items are FINAL. We do NOT offer return of sale items unless they are in defective condition upon delivery.
